Eggs from pastured hens and Grass-Fed Highland beef. About Us Our family farm is located outside of Auburn, Nebraska. We have 5 children who enjoy living on the farm and helping. We are slowly working towards our "dream" diversified farm. With the help of NRCS we are implementing many conservation practices on our farm. We are in the transition period before organic certification and are commited to sustainable agriculture. We are excited about the food coop because we know the value of good, honest, locally raised food and products. Browse through our Products for Sale Practices (our standards for raising or making our products) We are pasture based with our poultry and beef. Our livestock are raised as naturally as possible. We do not feed medicated feed, give routine antibiotics or hormonal growth supplements. Additional Information We have a small herd of Scottish Highland cattle who produce our grass-fed beef and a mixture of brown-egg laying breeds who produce our eggs.
