Natural Beef, raised locally with no hormones or antibiotics. About Us We have a family operated farm in east-central Nebraska. Our cattle are pasture/large lot raised on corn bought from local farmers and our own alfalfa. We do not use any herbicides or pesticides on our grass or alfalfa. Our cattle are not given any hormones or growth supplements, or meat based protein and we use all natural minerals. Our beef, when processed has always been graded high select or prime, with excellent marbling and taste. We think our beef is far superior to any grocery store beef and invite you to try us and see if you don't agree! Processing is done locally at a USDA plant for halves or whole beeves. |

Order number of quarters. We have fat cattle ready for purchasing by the quarter, and will be happy to deliver directly to our USDA processor in Humphrey. Don't hesitate to contact us for additional information. Processing and packaging is not included in the price. You can plan on $80-$100/quarter, depending on the options you choose.
Split quarters means you get cuts from both the front and hind ends - not just one or the other.
