Pastured Poultry/Eggs/Beef Browse through our Products for Sale Practices (our standards for raising or making our products) Our cattle meet the Highland Quality Beef Program. The beef is hung for at least 21 days to assist with tenderising the meat. There is very little fat on the carcass so slow cooking techniques are used with this breed. The chickens are butchered here on the property and we incurage those that have requested guinea or broiler meat to work with us to set up an alternative pick up system. |
