About Pope Apiaries:
We are a small family run apiary located just outside of the city limits of Lincoln. Although we are small in size, we have the big goals of raising healthy honey bees and quality honey.
General Practices:
Our honey is harvested in small batches and is non blended or pasteurized. Our bees mainly forage on the nectar sources of clover, alfalfa and wildflowers in bloom. This specific batch of honey listed was harvested in the early fall of 2016 on mostly seasonal wildflowers and alfalfa. It has a very nice mild flavor.
