These are 1/2 pint size packages of organic mixed bell peppers that we diced & packaged in our certified kitchen.

These cucumbers are raised organically and pureed in our certified kitchen. It comes in a pint bag. It can be added to smoothies, lemonade to make cucumber lemonade or just to water to make a refreshing drink.

Stems are purple, leaves a deep gray-green, purple veined, flat, non-curled and tooth edged.

American Flag Leeks have an onion taste that can a burst of flavor to any micro salad. Long, slender greens look like miniature chives, and can be used as a nutrient-rich onion substitute in most any dish. Fantastic on hamburgers, soups, chicken, with cream, vinaigrette, dry wine, oregano, olive oil, black pepper, potatoes, eggs, or as garnishes. Our micro herb collection comes in a clamshell containing 1-1.5 oz.

Our Waltham broccoli is a hardy and substantial microgreen that has a fresh, mild cabbage flavor. Broccoli microgreens are favored for their health benefits, being a great source of sulforaphane. They are an excellent choice as a base for any micro greens salad and are great with cheese, garlic, lemon, butter, cream, eggs, tarragon, and on sandwiches. Each clamshell contains 2.5-3.0 oz of our fresh, nutritious broccoli microgreens.

Brussels sprouts seeds make a unique, colorful and flavorful microgreen. It has a delicious mild, Brussels sprout flavor and makes a great addition to any microgreens salad or can be used as a garnish. Brussel sprout micros are great with bacon, apples, potatoes, cheese, garlic, lemon, butter, cream, eggs, pork, mustard, and caraway seeds. Each clamshell contains 2.5-3.0 ounces.

The beautiful green tops of these micros have a delightful flavor of mild sweet carrot, with a bit of a fennel finish. Daikon Radish is a green crop with an intense radish flavor great in any microgreen salad or full sized salad. Daikon is one of the most popular radishes to sprout as well. Use instead of sliced radish anywhere you would normally use radish. Radish greens have a pleasant peppery bite, whether raw or cooked. A hearty salad made with these greens offers enough nourishment to reduce the need for snacking. This obviously cuts your caloric intake, which stabilizes your daily regimen. Each clamshell includea 2.5-4 oz. of fresh, nutritious microgreens!

Dun Pea micro greens are one our all-time favorite microgreens! The pea shoots are sweet and delicious and fairly straight and leafy. They are great with basil, carrots, mint, butter, cream, garlic, ham, morsels, potato, pasta, soup, and stir fry! Our micros are freshly harvested and packaged in a clamshell (yielding 2.5-4 oz).

They are crunchy and textured like lettuce. They have a tiny twinge of sour which adds a kick to your salad or sandwich. They have beautiful green leaves with delicate peach colored stems. As lovely as they are tasty. We grow each tray per customer order so we will end availability ten days before the end of this order cycle so we can plant the seeds for each of you. 6 to 8 leaves of adolescent chard makes this bundle crisp and tender enough to eat raw or cooked. The stalks add a fresh, tangy color and taste to salads and saute. Thank you for letting us grow for you.

Our mustard greens are a little bit tangy and a little bit spicy to liven up your salads or sandwiches. We grow each tray for each customer order so we will close availability ten days before the close of each session. We will grow them in 10/10 trays for each order so the yield will be between 3 and 8 ounces for each order. Thank you for letting us grow for you.

The name says red radish but these little beauties are purple and delicious. We grow them specifically for order so we have to limit our offering by 10 days prior to the close of the order cycle. So on January 25 we will accept orders on file and change our inventory available back to 0 at that time. We will grow these trays as a 10/10 grow tray and they yield 2 to 5 ounces per tray. Very powerful flavor goes a long way.

They are snappy, scrunchy, and nutty. They are super dense with vitamins, minerals, and micro-nutrients. Add them to a salad, your sandwich, and just snack on them like popcorn. Some of our customers like to add them to their smoothies. We grow these per order so we will close down our available inventory 10 days before the end of the order cycle so please make sure you're checked out by then if you'd like them. Each order is grown in a 10/10 tray and will yield a very nice 12 to 18 ounces.

Snappy and green. Sweet and green tasting. These little babies are full of fiber and crispy. They are grown especially for each customer so we will close availability ten days before the end of each cycle. We use a 10 by 10 growing tray for each order which will yield between 4 to 10 ounces. Nutritionally dense and super healthy in every bite.

They have bright green leaves standing on top of beautiful pink stems. Each little microgreens tastes like a bite of radish. Great in salads or on your favorite sandwich. You will receive box containing $25-$27 worth of a variety of vegetables. Some different vegetables that you MAY receive(consider the time of year) are yellow squash, red or white potatoes, jalapeno peppers, bell peppers, Anaheim chili peppers, cucumbers, carrots, beets, eggplant, okra, basil, broccoli, malibar spinach, okra & rhubarb . If there is something you absolutely don't want in your box please leave a note and we will do our best. ALL VEGETABLES ORGANICALLY RAISED! NO CHEMICALS OR PESTICIDES USED!!
