I am a beekeeper, and the bees in my apiary make more honey than I can use. Thinking of developing a value-added product incorporating honey, and preferring savory to sweet, my friend and food stylist, Lisa and I experimented with condiments and especially mustards.
We founded a distinctive mustard that features honey and a locally brewed craft beer, Olde Creamery Stout. The blend of honey, mustard seeds and Olde Creamery Stout captured a rich and indulgent essence reminiscent of Old World mustards with a 21 Century twist.

A blend of organic flour, beef bouillon and spices to make home made gravy. makes 1 cup gravy per batch. Jar contains 6 batches of mix.

A blend of organic flour, Chicken bouillon and spices to make home made gravy. makes 1 cup gravy per batch. Jar contains 6 batches of mix.

A blend of flour, spices and seasoning to make country gravy for you family.serve with chicken fried steak or add sausage to make sausage gravy for biscuits.

Make 2 cups gravy per batch. jar contains mix for 4.5 batches.consider adding another 1/2 cup milk if adding sausage for a creamier gravy. Add more black pepper if desired.

A blend of pure, all natural spices and a pinch of brown sugar to season ground pork, beef or chicken to make breakfast sausage. The jar will make 4-5 pounds of sausage.
I would suggest mixing the sausage mixture the night before and let sit in frig overnight to develop the flavors, but you don't have to.
