Berkshire pork is known for lean, marbled cuts. It is a darker meat that bursts with flavor. As a heritage breed, Berkshires are skilled foragers with an ability to thrive in pasture and on dirt. As usual, you can expect delicious, naturally and humanely raised meats from Good Farm.

Pork halves have proven to be an excellent value, allowing you to purchase high quality cuts at a fraction of the usual price.

To reserve your order please select this "reservation product". We'll then work with you to choose a processing facility. If this is your first time ordering pork we'll also work with you to choose the right cuts to meet your needs.

We process hogs year-round. Please specify, in the customer notes, which date you prefer.

Prices are based on "hanging weight." This is the term used to describe the weight of half as it hangs in a meat cooler with only the usable cuts intact. When it is time to deliver the product, you will then need to order the "Pasture-Raised Berkshire Pork Halves" product and you be refunded the amount of your reservation cost at that time.
