You also may Order Half Sides, or quarters. You will be billed $2.95/lb.(based on purchase of A whole beef-$3.05/lb. for a 1/2 beef- $3.20/lb. for a quarter beef) for exact DRESSED/HANGING weight (approx. 200 - 350 Pounds) National statistics show that the average person in the U.S. consumes 62 pounds of beef, annually, which represents 248 pounds for a family of four. A half side of our Longhorn Beef typically produces approximately 200 pound of the final, finished product that is ready for your freezer. You may find it convenient to split part of your Longhorn Beef order with relative, friends, or another family interested in the same nutritional value. All our Longhorn Beef is processed through a certified USDA processing plant in St. Paul, Nebraska. The processing plant gives you select cuts of meat cut to your individual request. Your select cuts will be ready for delivery from the St. Paul processing plant in as little as Four weeks from the time you placed your order.
