We have Chives coming up in our garden already. Fresh Garlic Chives add flavor to salads, Mexican and pasta dishes, mashed or baked potatoes, even on top of scrambled eggs (just before serving). To prepare, just rinse chives, and I find it faster to cut them up with kitchen shears, instead of a knife. They will be harvested the morning of delivery day. You will receive the amount in photo, (cuttings of 2 plants in each bunch) they are not quite that tall yet, but may be by delivery day with all the rain we had. If not, I will include some extra. No chemicals are ever used in any of our gardens.
