We have made lots of GF bread and bought lots of GF bread, the white frozen loaves, the white mixes, all have still left us longing for great GF sandwich bread that didn�t taste like a communion wafer� Sure, having any bread the same day after day can be tiresome even if it�s your favorite. This bread has a whole grain flavor, raises to a sandwich size slice, and is a great base that can be tweaked with herbs, cheese, cinnamon and raisins, or nuts to provide variety. Great toasted with butter and jam or peanut butter. Ingredients: tapioca, white rice, buckwheat, and sorghum flours, sucanat, xanthan gum, yeast, flaxseed. You add eggs, milk, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil. Makes one 4.5 x 8 inch GF loaf. Store loaf in bag or container in refrigerator.
