2012 Heritage Meat Bird- Reservation

THIS IS A DEPOSIT FOR A HERITAGE CHICKEN TO BE DELIVERED AT THE END OF JUNE OR IN JULY DEPENDING ON THE ORDER CYCLE TIMING.
These chickens are Rhode Island Red roosters raised specifically to be meat birds. These will produce the fried chicken like Grandma used to make. The chickens will be around 16 weeks old at the time of butcher and weigh around 3 to 5 pounds. These aren't old roosters! They will have smaller breasts and darker dark meat than the typical broiler chicken. They will have a stronger flavor also. You are placing an order with a $5 deposit. This secures a whole heritage chicken with your $5 deposit. You will be billed for the exact weight at $3.75 lbs. minus your $5 deposit at delivery. |

Remember the Jergens Lotion with that wonderful almond scent? This is the scent that gives you that down home, warm, wrap you in comfort feeling. A very popular scent and one customers keep coming back for.
Goat milk has a special ingredient called capric-capryllic triglyceride. This oil helps moisturize the skin and is considered one of the best at doing so. Another great thing about handmade soaps is that the glycerine, which is created in the soap making process, is not extracted as is the case with commercially made soaps and remains in the product as a added moisturizer. Our soaps are handmade in small batches using the cold process method. We develop our own recipes and use our own fresh clean goat's milk. The high butterfat content of our goats milk makes for a wonderfully rich bar of soap that is so very good for your skin! We offer a generous size bar. Our bars are hand cut and beveled and range from 4.9 to 5.2 oz. Each bar contains over 1.75 oz. of goat's milk. We never add water and don't use lard - only the fine oils of olive, coconut, and palm. Watch for new scents and botanicals to come. ***Please note - soap wrappings may vary slightly in design from that in photos. |
