"Dilly Beans": 2lbs fresh green beans--4 heads dill--4 garlic cloves-- 2 1/2 c. vinegar--2 1/2 c. water--
1/4 c. pickling salt--1/4 tsp. pepper--chopped onion(opt)
Pack whole raw beans in 4 pint jars. Put dill & 1/4 pepper in each jar. Bring rest of ingredients to a boil, pour over beans & seal. Water bath for 10 minutes. ***Five (5) Heads of Dill per bunch***
