It's a family favorite poured over cream cheese and eaten on crackers. 6 frozen 1/4 sections of red, yellow or orange sweet peppers, spread with cream cheese. You bake them for 20 minutes in the oven and then pour about 1/2 T of aronia cayenne sauce on top of each piece of pepper and eat them. The aronia cayenne sauce will come in a little container in the package for your peppers. This is your chance to taste the Aronia Berry Cayenne Sauce with out having to buy a whole bottle and to taste it prepared like many people love it. Three 9 x 13 pans were devoured at the Mead Wild Game Feed and 2 pans disappeared at the Super Bowl party. Believe me you won't be disappointed even if you don't normally eat sweet peppers because my husband didn't like peppers but loves the aronia berry pepper appetizers. Oh forgot to say don't let the cayenne in the sauce scare you as they are not really spicy hot...just a hint of heat as I don't eat spicy hot foods at all.
