From Asparagus to Zucchini is an excellent resource put together by the Madison (WI) Area Community Supported Agriculture Coalition. It would be awesome to someday think about our very own NFC putting together a local version of the same thing! The book is soft-cover, 8 1/2 inches x 11 inches in size, 228 pages, and last revised in 2004, so is up-to-date. Here are several sample pages that are available to review:
