We have 15 children. We started selling our natural beef from home. Then opened Nebraska's Finest Meats (meat locker in Randolph, NE)in 2009. We do mostly our beef, but we do some custom work for others. We are a federally inspected plant which is also Organically Certified. Our main advantage is we have a outlet to federally process our natural, organic, and flax-fed beef any time we need to for ourselves and our customers. So not only can we do quarters, halves, an whole beef, we can also do individual cuts for stores and online. Our products are born and raised in Nebraska without hormones or steroids or growth implants or animal by products. We strive to have the healthiest products available for our customers. Practices (our standards for raising or making our products) We take the utmost care to humanely raise our animals. They are raised on open pasture and raised without antibiotics or hormones or growth implants. Our animals are corn/flax fed for a higher CLA and Omega-3 content. Additional Information Our animals are either Certified Angus or Certified Belgian Blue, which is a leaner double muscled breed. Our beef is all natural, meaning no antibiotics, steroids, growth implants or animal by products of any kind. Our animals are corn finished for 70 days prior to harvest. Our flax fed beef is finished on corn/flax for 70 days prior to harvest also, this raises the Omega-3 and CLA content for heart healthy beef. TRY IT YOU WILL LOVE IT! We also have corn finished Organic beef too. And a limited supply of grass fed beef left. This all are born and raised on our farm in Nebraska.
