Browse through our Products for Sale Ingredients Ingredients: Chocolate (Cacao beans, pure cane sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin (an emulsifier), natural vanilla bean), Local Honey, Cream, Butter. May include the following: Pecans, Coffee granules, Cayenne, Paprika, Cinnamon, Tea, Cashews, Grey Sea Salt, Vanilla, Bee Pollen, Lavender, Maple Syrup, Cheese, and Pure Sugar Cane. *Processed in facility that uses milk products, peanuts, tree nuts, and gluten. Practices (our standards for raising or making our products) I select the finest sustainably produced chocolates from around the world and infuse them with local flavor. Each chocolate is carefully crafted by hand. Additional Information The seeds (sometimes seedlings) I grow are either certified organic, or heirloom, and in many cases they are both. I can provide the exact heirloom varieties upon request. The percentage of Nebraska ingredients in my confections will be small considering that we don't grow cocoa in Nebraska. What I will source local or grow myself will make up approximately 2-10% of my ingredients, and more as the availability and variety of local products increases. Local ingredients will include: Honey, herbs, fruit, and more. |
