We wanted to produce good foods for us and our family and have grown it into a small business with the help of our families. Practices (our standards for raising or making our products) We are an all natural farm using no chemicals or commercial fertilizers for our gardens nor do we use hormones or allow antibiotics for any of our meats. Everything on our farm is pastured and grain is feed at a minimum. |

#2896 – Beef Mixed Quarters 2 Quarters available. Order number of Quarters.
Pasture raised and finished for 90 to 120 days on pasture, hay, and ground corn. We are offering mixed quarters meaning you get all the cuts not just the front or back. We find our customers prefer this best. Approx weight of meat is 135 lbs. Usually delivery to the butcher of our choice ( usually Wahoo) is in the Spring. You pay the butcher and you can pick up or we will deliver through the coop for the next order cycle. No hormones or antibiotics or shots of any kind ever given.

Heritage Hereford Pigs, pasture raised for a wonderfully flavored finished product. These pigs will finish at about 250lbs and will dress about 65% of live weight. You will be responsible for the processing costs and instructions. Give us a call we will be glad to help. Delivery is in August and January and you can pick up or we will deliver through the coop on the next order cycle available.
