Order number of packages. This is a wonderful heirloom variety. It is very prolific and grows very well. You cook it like you would a zucchini.
Here are some of the ways we like it best:
  • Cut in half and steamed with butter and salt
  • Sliced and sauteed in olive oil with onions and garlic.
    Sizes range from golf ball to tennis ball size. And a group of three is approximately half a pound.

    It can be prepared in a variety of ways:
  • Cut in half and steamed with butter and salt.
  • Sliced and saut�ed in olive oil with onions and garlic.
  • Drizzle olive oil and salt on slices, then place on BBQ grill.
  • Shred and mix with salads.

    Varieties are selected from the following:
