While the town is no longer around, the members of our group who surround this area hold true to the tradition of quality and stewardship instilled in us from days gone by. Mission Statement: North Star Neighbors endeavors to treat our customers like our friends and families by providing the highest quality, best tasting and healthiest meats, direct from our farms to your table. We know exactly what they eat from birth. They are never given antibiotics or artificial growth stimulants. No animal by-products are fed to our animals. Our animals are not grown in confinement buildings. They are raised on grass and in open lots and grain finished on non-GMO corn, soybeans, oats and alfalfa. Our animals are taken directly from our farms to a family owned, USDA inspected processing plant. Our animals are processed before any others ensuring natural wholesomeness. We use small family owned USDA inspected processing facilities to process our animals. Additional Information 9 Steps to Perfection 1. Naturally raised. These eggs have been laid by some busy girls who get up every morning at the crack of dawn searching for those worms and bugs and grass. Later while back at the chicken house they get to munch on some specially ground feed that Tom made. Non GMO corn and soybean meal, organically grown oats and an organic premix that comes all the way from Pennsylvania. Caution-Eating these eggs may cause you to never eat store bought eggs again. :-)

This package will include steaks, roasts and different cuts of an animal that have been divided into as equal parts as we can get them. Some cuts because of their size can not be equal in every eighth but we will do the best that we can. This means that some packages will contain brisket, flank, skirt and short ribs and some will not.
An eighth weight will vary depending on the size of the animals but should weigh around 50-60 lbs. |
