About Gooper Greens:
We are a partner-owned small farm in western Nebraska that grows most of our produce indoors. We started growing for our family and friends, wanting to be able to increase access to local, high-quality, reasonably-priced produce year-round. We wanted a way for our families and communities to have access to high nutrition in a tasty, fresh, and whole-foods way. As a result, we use the highest-quality processes to grow microgreens and mature salad greens year-round, minimizing water and energy waste and maximizing nutrition, flavor, and access to excellent greens. We use organic (non-certified) processes...using only highest-quality non-GMO seeds, compostable plant-based grow mats, and water to grow our microgreens. There is nothing else---never pesticides, herbicides, or anything besides water added to our high quality seeds. The result is healthy, delicious greens available year-round.
General Practices:
We use organic (non-certified) hydroponic processes...To grow our microgreens, we start with the highest-quality non-GMO seeds, lovingly seed them on compostable plant-based grow mats, and add water! Our mature salad greens and veggies are grown hydoponically with simply water and organic hydroponic nutrients. There is nothing else---never pesticides, herbicides, or anything besides water added to our high quality seeds. The result is healthy, delicious greens available year-round.

Our many varieties of microgreens are available immediately. We have just expanded our plantings of mature salad greens and other hydroponic veggies, so those items will be available soon!
