About Back Alley Bakery:

Started in 2003 after building a wood fired masonry oven with hopes to bring back real bread made with natural and organic ingredients without preservatives.

General Practices:

We use natural and organic ingredients in our baking with the use of local producers whenever possible. We mill our own locally sourced wheat and rye berries to be included in our breads.
