White, brown and occasional blue or green chicken eggs from our pastured birds. We do not sort our eggs by size, so your dozen may include a variety of sizes as well as colors.

Our birds are pastured, but do not free range, due to heavy predator pressure. During winter, they are still in their mobile coops, but under cover to provide wind and snow protection. We feed transitional and organic grain-based feed from Wattermann's Family Farm near West Point, Nebraska. Please note that this feed includes soybean meal.

Our egg number is N-3945.

Quail eggs from coturnix and other domestic breeds of quail. They are fed organic and non-GMO transitional grain-based feed from Wattermanns. These little gems are tasty and the shells are uniquely beautiful. Try them pickled, as a topping for a burger or as interesting deviled eggs. Additionally, you could blow out the egg and use the shell in decorating. Create your own fun uses!

NOTE: Quail eggs have a delicate shell and rather thick inner membrane, which can make it challenging to use the eggs without breaking the yolks or leaving shell pieces in the egg. We are also offering quail egg cutters (item #6364), which will make the process easier.

While technically not required for quail eggs, our egg number is N-3945.

Organic Freeze-Dried Blueberries, .5/# bag

Blueberry Crackers

Yield: 24 crackers
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup unbleached all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ lb butter
½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
1
3 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup frozen blueberries, thawed
4 oz dried blueberries
1. Combine flours, baking powder and baking soda. Set aside.
2. In the world bowl of a food processor, combine butter and brown sugar.
Mix until creamy.
3. Add honey, vanilla and blueberries. Process until well combined.
4. Add flour mixture to work bowl. Pulse until dough is formed. Remove from bowl.
Add dried blueberries to dough. Roll into 3-inch log and wrap in plastic wrap and
chill for at least 4 hours or over night.
5. Remove chilled logs from fridge and slice into ½-inch rounds. Place on parchment
lined baking sheet. Bake in a 350ºF oven until edges are golden brown, about 7 to
9 minutes. Allow to cool completely and enjoy.
