Pasture raised and finished for 90 to 120 days on pasture, hay, and ground corn. We are offering mixed quarters meaning you get all the cuts not just the front or back. We find our customers prefer this best. Approx weight of meat is 135 lbs. Usually delivery to the butcher of our choice ( usually Wahoo) is in the Spring. You pay the butcher and you can pick up or we will deliver through the coop for the next order cycle. No hormones or antibiotics or shots of any kind ever given.

If you prefer large or small...please state

One t-bone steak, Two Ribeyes, One New York Strip, One package Blade or Chuckeye Steaks, Two roasts, Cube steak, Stew Meat and Ground beef. Total weight 22 pounds or more.

This package will include steaks, roasts and different cuts of an animal that have been divided into as equal parts as we can get them. Some cuts because of their size can not be equal in every eighth but we will do the best that we can. This means that some packages will contain brisket, flank, skirt and short ribs and some will not.

An eighth weight will vary depending on the size of the animals but should weigh around 50-60 lbs.
